A Certificate of Completion will be issued by us when all the requirements of the agreement have been satisfied.
The requirements (if applicable), include:
- we've issued the Certificate of Practical Completion
- all contributions have been paid
- all other money to be paid has been paid to us
- downstream works have been certified complete or the Owner has made alternative arrangements which are acceptable to us
- we've received a copy of the amended plan of subdivision, certified by the council and indicating the easements and/or reserves required to cover all Works
- any other information, notices or documents required by us have been provided
- the defects liability period has ended to the satisfaction of us
- a maintenance agreement is in place (if required)
