The time we need to assess your application will depend on the level of complexity, whether we need to do a site visit and any internal referrals required within Melbourne Water.
Funding agreement and payment
If your application is approved for funding, Melbourne Water will contact you in writing and invite you to enter into an agreement for the project. At that time, you may accept and return the signed agreement by the given deadline or decline the funding by notifying Melbourne Water. The agreement will include an attachment detailing:
- the terms and conditions of funding
- the details of the activity
- the deliverables
- acquittal, evaluation and reporting requirements
- the schedule of payments.
It is important that you return your agreement by the due date, or your funding offer may lapse.
For payment of your funding, you will receive an email notification asking you to provide or update your contact details and nominate a bank account through the Zycus Supplier Network (ZSN) Portal.
If your application is unsuccessful, Melbourne Water will let you know in writing. We encourage you to contact us to find out more about why your application was unsuccessful by calling 131 722.
