*Target was not achieved. One eye injury to a fire fighter, a shoulder strain to an ETP operator and one illness due to the cross-connection incident at ETP. Lost time injuries are defined as those occurrences that result in a fatality, permanent disability or time lost from work of one day/shift or more. Only one person affected by the ETP cross-connection incident lost more than one full day from work.

** Target was not met. There was no change in office-based water consumption on an FTE basis. The actual result per FTE was 7.9 kilolitres, which is below the average of 11.5 kilolitres per FTE as reported in the Victorian Commissioner for Environmental Sustainability, Good Environmental Performance Report, 2006.
